Build up the pleasure in your normal or an erotic way… before you go in orgasm or release, slow down or stop stimulating, squeeze tightly at the same time draw a deep breath in and upwards, through the nose, filling the top of your lungs.

Hold… let go and release your breath through your mouth, allow the sounds to escape with control… begin to stimulate again.. continue until you are about to burst with orgasm, then squeeze and breathe in and up to your heart.
